I am building a website and need some tips on coding (i'm inexperience). I used photoshop to create a visualization of what the website would look like (message me for a preview). If anyone would like to volunteer in helping me with this just send me a private message.

Is there something in specific you'd like help on? I've been using HTML/CSS for over a decade now.
Yes, every time I zoom in the website layout changes. Check your private message, i sent you a copy of the html and css code, along with a picture of what the site is supposed to look like.

Could you send this to me as well? I don't mind having a look - if I happen to have some spare time I might be able to help out a bit, too.

This is more than likely due to using a fixed width in terms of pixels, using a fluid width with percentages would likely resolve this issue. Then again, window resizing/zooming can create some odd side-effects sometimes.
